Committee Meetings
 Committee meetings are held on the second Thursday of most
months.
Refer to the Calendar
for the dates of the upcoming committee meetings.
Annual General Meeting
The Annual General Meeting will be held 12th November 2009, 7:30pm at
our training venue Brimbank Anglican Church corner Ely Court and
Cemetery Road, East Keilor (off Keilor Park Drive).
Applications must be sent to the Secretary at least one week prior to
the meeting to be considered.
Age Coordinators - Current
Age Coordinator roles are there
to help the members and committee in their communication of events and
as the first contact for the resolution of any requests / issues /
concerns.
The Age Coordinators contact
details are located in the table below and the preferred method of
contact is email, however if you do call, please have the courtesy of
calling:
- On weeknights between 7:00pm and 8:30pm
- On weekends between 10:00am and 6:00pm
