Anyone can become a Volunteer!

Older people, younger people, single people, couples, retired people, working people.

You can give as much or as little time as you like, and work in a wide variety of activities.

Walk a dog, come out for lunch, deliver a meal, have a chat, make a cuppa, help with craft, go on an outing, drive your car, fold newsletters, work on the computer, go bowling, be a friend to someone who needs one.

In return you will receive :

    - Networking opportunities
    - Work experience
