 This group merged with KCV on July 1st 2000. The program operates four days a week, and offers activities, and social support for frail and isolated elderly people and people with disabilities, who are residents of the City of Knox. The woodwork group produces a variety of carpentry items under the supervision of an instructor, and is open to both men and women. The Craft Group are involved in various activities including paper making, flower decoration, decoupage and textile printing. Special Seasonal activities are also run. Volunteers are an integral part of the program, assisting with transport, craft, carpentry and meal preparation.
