Kierkegaard Malantschuk Memorial Collection

Dalton McCaughey Library, Ormond College, University of Melbourne

The Kierkegaard Malantschuk Memorial Collection, a Kierkegaard collection of international standing, was brought together by Dr Julia Watkin. The collection is the largest in the Asia-Pacific region and one of the largest in the world. Dr Watkin donated the collection to the Joint Theological Library at Ormond College (now renamed the Dalton McCaughey Library) following her retirement from the University of Tasmania, where she directed the Søren Kierkegaard Research Unit. At DML the collection has been fully catalogued onto Libraries Australia, the national bibliographic database, and is accessible to visitors and to others through the national inter-library lending network.
