On Saturday 18th April Ambleside Park Local History Museum was officially reopened by the Mayor of Knox, David Cooper, after extensive refurbishment of the homestead by Council.
New attractions include displays on some of the pioneers and the development of the suburbs. Audio visual displays provide additional information on topics.
The images show some of the activities and displays held on the open day including the official reopening ceremony, spinning on the verandah, blacksmith demonstration, steam engines, the 1928 car and the human powered vehicle.
