The Swimming Snokel is a front mount snorkel, designed specifically for swimmers and can be worn with any standard goggle.

It allows a swimmer of any ability to relax in the water and maintain a horizontal position, allowing people to swim ar normal or even slower speeds while maintaining full range of motion, body balance, head position and stroke technique by eliminating the breathing cycle rotation. Breathing through a snorkel while swimming, increases the capacity of teh lungs to espel air, required for optimal intake of oxygen. Regular snorkle training increases CO2 tolerance and VO2 max. When used together with the cardio cap, provides equivalent benefits associated with altitude training.
