Kelpie Puppies Kelpies have irresistible personalities. They are eager, alert, and highly intelligent, loyal and devoted to duty. The Kelpie is one of the most social breeds of the dog world and needs companionship (almost) more than food. They are loving, gentle and kind. They are very intelligent and exceptionally easy to train for obedience, tracking, agility, show, or as a pet. They learn quickly and love to work.
