Past President Annie McGennisken visited the Sisters
of Charity Orphanage in Lusaka, Zambia.
Our Club supports the Orphanage with donations of childrens clothes and toys etc. These are packed into cartons and delivered to the DIK (Donations in Kind) store in Footscray. We held our March 3rd 2008 meeting at the store and were given informative talks by Bill Dagg, Ted Cunningham (Keilor RC) our own PP Annie McGennisken. The Photo below show Annie with some of the many garments knitted by the Horsham PROBUS Knitters led by Jean Ivess.

Ted Cunningham of Keilor Rotary Club with the boxes ready for Zambia.

Meeting at DIK allowed our members and many partners the opportunity to see the store at first hand.
A River for Everyone is a Centennial
Project, the object of which is to support Rotary International's
request to commemorate 100 years of Rotary.
