Given to Club Delegate to Hand in at Next Delegates Meeting
Mail Form Rules: (a) The Mail Form must be
sent well before scorecard due to Record Secretary. (You have to
allow some time for the Record Secretary to confirm receipt of your
Mail Form). (b) If you don’t get
confirmation of ‘Mail Form Received’ from the Record Secretary, then
the Scorecard must be Mailed in and ‘On Time’ before the ‘Due Date’ (c) Scorecards must be
either mailed in still or passed on to your Club’s Delegate so they can
hand them in at the next Delegates Meeting.
Captains to check
with your Club Delegate. Scorecards are required for possible
insurance purposes and spot checking of scores
& ALL PLAYERS REGISTERED.
