Rules:
(a) The Mail Form must be
sent well before scorecard due to Record Secretary. (You have to
allow some time for the Record Secretary to confirm receipt of your
Mail Form).
(b) If you don’t get
confirmation of ‘Mail Form Received’ from the Record Secretary, then
the Scorecard must be Mailed in and ‘On Time’ before the ‘Due Date’
(c) Scorecards must be
either mailed in still or passed on to your Club’s Delegate so they can
hand them in at the next Delegates Meeting. Captains to check
with your Club Delegate. Scorecards are required for possible
insurance purposes and spot checking of scores & all players
registered.
Hints:
A few minor errors so far.
Don’t press ‘ENTER’ when using Mail Form,
use ‘TAB’ or ‘Mouse click’ to advance to the next entry box.
‘Enter’ may submit the Mail Form before you
have completed it.
Once you have submitted the Mail Form, you
will see a copy of what is sent to the Record Secretary. Check
all is correct.
If you see this screen, then you have sent
in your result.
Don’t send in the result twice, unless
requested to do so.
Some Scorecards have not ‘matched’ the Mail
Form. Care should be taken to enter details correctly. E.G.
Order of players and/or scores. Plus Extra Player Registrations.
