Transfer of Players
5. TRANSFER OF PLAYERS

(a)  A registered player who wishes to transfer to another club during the season must obtain a clearance from the club for which they are registered.

(b)  When an application for a clearance is approved by a club, notification to the effect, signed by the club Secretary, shall be forwarded to the Secretary of the Association and the Secretary of the club to which the player is transferring.

(c)  No clearance is valid and effective until it is received in writing by the Association Secretary, in accordance with the constitution.

(d)  A player whose clearance application has not been considered by their club within thirty (30) days, or whose clearance has been refused, may appeal to the Executive which shall reserve the right to grant a clearance if on the basis of evidence placed before it deems it appropriate.
