
(b)
A
team registration fee as determined at the Annual General Meeting each
year
shall accompany team entries. If the
team entry fee does not accompany the team application the Executive
reserves
the right to reject that team's nomination.
(c)
If
team registration fees, fines and/or any other monies owed (as
highlighted by the Treasurer as outstanding) are unpaid
by the
first match of a new Season, all players registered by that club will
be deemed
to be unregistered. All points won
shall be forfeited for each match played while there are monies
outstanding.
Lost
points will not be
reinstated.
(d) Teams must be submitted on or before the closing date for entries as determined by the Executive and be on an official Association Team Registration Form. All players being nominated by the clubs must be financial members of a KDNTA club. [see by-law 6(a)]
(e)
Each club is required to nominate the section in which it desires to
enter a
team, but the Executive reserves the right to grade any team as it
deems fit.
(f)
When a club enters more than one (1) team in the one section, they are
to be
named numerically [e.g. one
(1), two (2), three (3) etc] with team one (1) to
be regarded as the higher standard team, two (2) as the next highest
standard
and so on.
