In winter, peg your gloves inside the engine bay, then they'll be warm and dry when you need them for fitting your chains etc. Greg Moore 2
Push the wire rope for your winch inside a suitably sized motorbike tyre to protect your upholstery from damage. Greg Moore 3
If you find window cleaning a pane :-) then I'd like to suggest you try a Sabco Microfibre cloth. It was recommended to me and has proved to be quite remarkable. Just use plain water, wring out well and wipe over for a super result.
