Registration

Please go to the registration portion of the ConfTool system and enter your data. An invoice will be generated after the registration process. Please take the invoice generated to your bank to pay the total fees due by 10 Dec. 2007 using the beneficiary account details. Presenting authors must pay their registration fees by 30 October 2007 otherwise their papers may not be included in the conference proceedings.

  2. Bank Cheque: Please note that no personal cheques can be accepted. Payment by bank cheques must reach Australia by 5 November 2007. Please post the bank cheque to Dr A. Gyasi-Agyei, Central QLD University, Bldg 30, QLD 4702, Australia
  3. Cash at the registration desk: This payment option CANNOT be used for the reduced Early-Bird Registration.
  4. Credit cards: We do appologise that we are unable to process credit card payments for several reasons.

NOTES:

* The accompanying person will not receive the conference kit, but can attend the conference banquet and all general conference sessions.

* Volunteers (usually students) help with local matters such as distribution of conference package to delegates and guide delegates to appropriate venues. They may be presenting authors or not and can attend all conference sessions.

* Here the term resident means ICAST delegates who currently live in the conference hosting country on a long term basis, while non-resident refers to any other delegate.

*Those registering as students must show evidence on the registration form that they are indeed students by putting their (a) student numbers, (b) supervisor's name and the (c) Faculty/University they belong to. They should also show their original student IDs at the registration desk when picking their conference packages.

Edited Books

Selected papers will be extended and published by Rivers Publishers, Denmark, as edited books. We encourage all conference delegates to pre-order copies at the discounted prices prior to the conference. Credit card details should be sent to the publisher. However, nothing will be charged to the cards until the edited books are published and shipped to the card holders. Pre-orders can be done when registering for the conference.
