WE HAVE MOVED!

We have moved into the newly renovated Healesville Public Library building. The toy library will have a standing booking for Saturday mornings 10am during the school term for the "community room". At the back of the community room is a large storage room for all our toys.
It is a welcome relief to all our members that we have a lovely new space that will be a lot warmer and nicer that our old room.
We look forward also to having a more prominant location to hopefully attract more members.

Why Children need to play.

Play is the way our children learn about their world and develop to their full potential.  Children develop their small and large motor skills and physical attributes, as well as intellectual and emotional skills through music and imaginative play. By joining a Toy Library you will be able to have access to a wider range of play experiences for your children and offer them greater stimulation and learning opportunities.  You will also be able to meet other local parents and grandparents while saving money by borrowing rather than buying toys.

The Healesville Community Toy Library is a non-profit community group that was established about 25 years ago.   We aim to provide an extensive range of age-appropriate quality toys, sporting equipment, games and puzzles, for children from birth to early primary school age.  We are self funded through fundraising, council grants, volunteer services, membership fees, donations and levies.
