The kindergarten was established in 1945, just after World War II, by Rev. Allan Mee. It was the first free Anglican kindergarten established in Victoria

HTK is registered as a Children's Services Centre with the Department of Human Services, Victoria. It is an Incorporated Association affiliated with Anglican Early Childhood Services and is managed by a parent committee elected at the Annual General Meeting. We are also accredited by the Anti-Cancer Council as a SunSmart Kindergarten.

Holy Trinity has some great advantages for your child. We offer two x three year old groups, with each group having 19 children, and two x four year old kinder groups of 21 children. All the groups are deliberately kept small.

Our kinder is situated in peaceful residential surroundings nestled securely behind Holy Trinity Anglican Church at 8 Thomas Street, Hampton (Melways Map Ref 767 G7). It is very convieniently located with an adjacent car park, ready access to public transport and only a two minute walk from the Hampton Street Shops.

HTK is also a feeder into the local Primary Schools of Hampton Primary School, St Mary's Catholic Primary School and Sandringham Primary School, as well as local private schools.
