23rd Oct 2008: Wow! A brand new newsletter! We've got a new editor in chief and the newsletter is back in fine form!  Read it here.

24th Feb 2008: The club has formally said thanks to life member Jan Crapper for her contribution to the club over many many years.  Even after making her a life member in 1997, she has continued to run the mid-week ladies competition and help out with the juniors.  She was secretary until 2005, and is still on the committee.
Yesterday the club named the club-rooms after Jan.  From now on they shall be the Jan Crapper Club Rooms.  Congratulations Jan.

In other business yesterday, the Jan Crapper Trophy for contribution to junior tennis was awarded to Rob Peterson for 2007.  Another fantastic contributor to the club, Rob has been coach at Heathmont since 1995, and has made the club one of the 3 biggest in the Eastern Region junior competition.

2nd Jan 2008: Happy new members!  Time to congratulate our latest junior club championship winners: Jay Croucher took out the boys event, and Amy Munro took our the girls event for a third year running.
Good luck to all members involved in competition throughout the new year!
