Quilling, or Paper Filigree, involves working with various widths of paper strips which begin as rolled circles using a needle-like tool.

After securing the end of the paper strip with glue, the result can then be shaped (or left as is) and adhered to a surface, such as a card, to produce a variety of intricate designs.
