In October we held our successful Home-based business panel, where businesses can learn about how to successfully run a business from home by hearing about the ups and downs of others.
We heard from Rowland of Eastcoast Investment Property, who has been working from home successfully for the past 29 years! Rowland shared with us the importance of having fun and always focusing on the next client or sale and not worrying too much about sales made as long as there was a business process looking after the customers after the sale.
Alem from Melbourne Signs shared his story of simply finding a way to make it work and working hard until it does. Catherine from Cast Creative also shared her insights of avoiding the trap of wearing all the 'hats' in the business.
