Not only did you miss some great networking opportunities, but Donna’s lively, fun presentation was chock full of practical advice and information about using email effectively. Having set the scene by pointing out how much time we spend on dealing with emails, and just how much this costs us and our businesses, she went on to provide simple hints, strategies and solutions we can use immediately.
She even dared to suggest there are times when it would be better to pick up the phone and call someone!
