Hoa Hao Buddhist Temple

On the flood relief trip to the provinces affected in Central Vietnam the delegation from An Giang visited the Buu Son Temple which was built by the Hoa Hao Buddhist Congregation in the South before 1975 to extend their mission there.

-Lotus Pond, the unique one in Vietnam for the lotus flowers which change colors four times a day depending on the time of the day, with a large, solid leaf and cluster of petals.  There are only six bushes in the pond which the owner compares to the six words "Nam Mo A Dzi Da Phat" (Nam Uo A Mi Da Fuo), therefore he is not willing to sell it to anyone even for a very high price.
