DECLARATION:Those people who participate in
these bicycle rides;
Understand riding a bicycle on ’Shared footways’ and on ’Public roads’ is a potentially hazardous activity. Attest to being of sufficient health and skill to engage in the activity of cycling. Acknowledge that the bicycle being ridden is in a good mechanical condition. Agree to wear a bicycle helmet, abide by the road rules, ride with care and consideration of other cyclists and road users and follow the directions of the ride leader, at all times during these bicycle rides. Absolve from liability the HBBUG, its officers, members, event organisers from all liability and claims arising from the breaching of the above conditions or otherwise. Bicycle rides can be changed without notice and are subject to 'weather permitting'. This means; bicycle rides will not commence due to risks associated with 'Rain, 'Strong/Gale Force Winds' or 'Temperatures above 30 degrees C'. 2009_HBBUG_Rides_Calender.
