POLLUTION SOLUTION SUMMIT CONFERENCE

CONFERENCE PROPOSAL

TO GLOBALLY PHASE OUT FOSSIL FUELS WHILE PHASING IN ALTERNATIVE ENERGY
SYSTEMS IN A WAY WHERE EVERYONE BENEFITS INCLUDING
THE INDUSTRIES AND PERSONNEL CONCERNED.

FORMAT OVERVIEW

The seven day event to be televised worldwide LIVE. The event is to include world experts in their respective fields who will speak, present and/or demonstrate new ideas, systems and technologies that have the potential of resolving our major pollution problems. Each day to be exciting and entertaining, with some of the world's top entertainers and celebrities invited to take part.

Preferred venue

                      Sheraton Mirage Hotel,
                      Port Douglas, Queensland, Australia
                      22 - 29 October 1999

There are a number of reasons for having the conference 'downunder'. One is, that the environment in the Northern Queensland area is very conducive for people to 'unlock' from their work-a-day mentality. Port Douglas (just north of Cairns) is in the heart of one of the few remaining natural rain forests and the Great Barrier Reef - one of the Wonders of the World, is only a short distance off shore. There are international quality facilities available and Cairns International Airport is only 30 miles south.

Media Coverage

A television network to be selected to cover the whole conference on the understanding that it will be continuously transmitted to other networks to enable worldwide reception. They will cover the main events, the technological demonstrations, the decisions that are made, the Summary Session and the live entertainment.

Their objectives:

The Presenters

Top name celebrities selected as Presenters. Their job will be to introduce the speaker(s) and their topic(s) and must possess the ability to ad-lib. They will return to conduct the Q & A periods to conclude sessions. At lease two different presenters will be selected each day.

Entertainment Sessions

Top artists to perform at various times throughout the conference. The objective is to keep the conference light and interesting by interspersing entertainment throughout to keep the world 'spotlight' focused on it.

CONFERENCE PROGRAM

Introduction.

At the first session speaker(s) will explain the purpose and format of the conference. It will also give participants direction to prepare any additional information they may want to present, at later sessions, for the purpose of further discussion.

The Win-Win Approach.

For the first two days of the conference will be focused on establishing the viability of the new Win-Win approach of INTER-COOPERATION and how it differs from societies old Win-Lose paradigm.

Selected keynote speakers will demonstrate beyond a shadow of a doubt, the workability of this new approach. It will show how new and innovative ideas and technologies can be integrated into society without them causing disruption or hardship to anyone. To the contrary, it will become apparent how everyone involved will benefit, including all the industries and workers that are most effected.

Later in the conference it will be explained how everything that is being suggested 'fits in' and becomes an integral part of the Pollution Solution towards a more sustainable and harmonious lifestyle without having to lose our comforts and modern conveniences.

The Technologies

An explanation of the concept of SUPER-ENERGY will be given with some current theories as to how and why we are only just now discovering this inexhaustible and non-polluting energy source. Practical demonstrations and video coverage of some of the technologies unsuited to stage presentation to be shown.

Practical Demonstrations

These will be some of the most exciting of all the sessions. It will be here that some of the most amazing technologies ever discovered are to be publicly demonstrated for the first time. Participants will be able to see, touch and examine for themselves the latest in technological breakthroughs. One or more Super-Energy devices will be demonstrated to show how they work, what applications they have and in what form they may be mass-produced.

Amongst other demonstrations will be the different types and uses of superwoods along with the amazing new 'concrete alternative' made from dolomite. Details of the new soil conditioner that is made from brown coal will be given and the positive impact this will have on global agriculture and the fertilizer manufacturers.

The Economic Impact

Computer projected evidence to be displayed by qualified economists to show how current economic trends can be reversed into a sustainable upward spiral if the conference proposals are accepted and acted upon worldwide.

Audience Participation

Time will be reserved for participants to put their point of view forward for consideration, at all sessions. The emphasis is to be on the Win-Win approach that creates cooperation not opposition. It is envisaged this may lead to a whole new way of arriving at consensus agreements in society.

World Concert

The conference highlight is to celebrate the introduction of Super-Energy by holding a concert at night, on top of Ayres Rock located in the heart of Australia - opening to the sounds of 'Yothu Yindi', the world renowned aboriginal singing group.

To wrap up

A 'Proposal of the Future' will be presented and followed by an open discussions. The proposals may be amended or added to by participants.

Vote by participants and if possible a worldwide vote run like a phone-in telethon. The decision made at this session will determine our global future direction - back to the depths of despair and hopelessness, or forward into a bright and exciting future. The choice is ours.

A summary of the conference events and highlights will be given.

The Grand Finale

The Grand Finale to feature many of the top artists and musical groups. The event will conclude with the United Nations Children Choir singing 'The Time Has Come'; a song composed, arranged and conducted by musical director, Franko Richmond - It will be sung in as many different languages as possible for all to hear.

ORGANISING THE CONFERENCE

The conference itself will need to be organised by experts who have extensive experience in that field. For such a conference to be successful, a great deal of cooperation, planning and backing is required. At the time of writing there are many who have indicated their desire to assist.

Experts Sought

One of the primary considerations is to ensure that all the technologies are authentic, viable and credible. The success of the entire conference hinges on the 'credibility' factor, i.e. what ever is claimed, can be documented and demonstrated, to the satisfaction of all present - as far as that is humanly possible. For this reason we are now seeking the assistance and participation of a number of experts in their respective fields to ensure the maximum possible chance for success. If you are willing and able to assist please contact World Harmony Foundation.

Fund Raising and Sponsorship

The main priority, is to arrange sponsors and funding for the event. Because of the huge potential audience, the advertising opportunities are enormous and could be sold for the purpose of funding. World Harmony is looking for a suitable Hotel Chain to donate the use of one of their hotels for the week long conference in the Port Douglas area of north Queensland, Australia, an airline to donate flights for the invited dignitaries, delegates and participants and a television network to televise the event (the BBC has expressed interest through a third party).

We are also looking for financial assistance in the early stages of organising the conference and are willing to share in the rewards that such an event will bring in return.
