BACKGROUND AND FOREGROUND OF THE FOUNDER.

Born in London - Trevor Osborne emigrated to Australia in 1957.

He managed a laboratory for five years and acquired experience in chemistry and bacteriology.

He then trained as a Sales Engineer with a leading Australian engineering company in the food industry for two years and obtained experience in engineering techniques and in submitting quotations for large engineering projects. This entailed negotiating with senior management and executives.

Trevor successfully establish and operated a Landscaping and Water Boring - Irrigation business called Power Gardeners Pty. Ltd. for 13 years before selling his share in 1979.

He then bought into an electronics company and worked there for approximately two years. During this period he obtained a basic understanding in the workings of electronics and became aware of the huge potential in the electronics industry that was just then emerging. During this time he helped to evolve the world's first electronic Irrigation Controller that is the forerunner of one of the largest selling models in the US.

In 1981 he purchased an Auto Electrical business and employed a fully qualified auto electrician to manage it. During this time he experimented with modifying car alternators. In doing so, he designed a multi-functional alternator that could be used to run 240 volt power appliances from a vehicle, be used for arc welding and still charge the vehicles battery.

He sold this business in 1982 and then established another business (part time) to manufacture these alternators complete with control units. In order to fund this business and still support his growing family he was employed as the Service Manager for Australia's largest Irrigation company - taking it from a $20,000 loss to a $40,000 profit in just 12 months.

By 1984 he had attracted some business partners and became involved full time. In 1985 the company went public and was listed on the Perth Second Board. The company slowly grew but suffered a major set back when the stock market fell in 1987. From 1985 to 1989 he fulfilled the role of Technical Director. One of the tasks he successfully concluded was conducting technical seminars with prospective buyers. One of these was for the worlds' largest chainsaw manufacturers. He was commissioned to address five of their top branches, in five different countries and demonstrate the worlds' smallest and lightest portable welder/power generator that he helped design. This unit utilised one of their chainsaw engines and weighed less than 20 Kgs - light enough to be easily carried with one hand. His other achievements during this time were:-

a) Assisting in the design and manufacture of the world's smallest, portable, 'heavy duty' welding machine - one of which could be operated by two welders and two trades persons simultaneously, weighing half that of its competitors and only using a quarter of the fuel.

b) Helped to design and establish the lightest aircraft Ground Power Units in the world. These are still being manufactured under licence in the UK, for the R.A.F. In 1989 he trained his own replacement and then resigned from the company he founded to follow his new excitement which he describes as, 'travelling and meeting people'. During the next two years he met people from all walks of life with one thing in common. They were all 'doing something' about creating a better world. Some of these people were researching new and innovative technologies that had the potential of changing our world completely, for the better. Others were involved in alternative ways of resolving health problems without the use of pharmaceutical drugs. There were those who were assisting others in 'personal growth' - not from the perspective of 'having something wrong with them' but through exciting new ways they could discover more about themselves and their abilities. Others were having great successes in the field of education - beyond what would be considered normal or average, to mention a few. There are many, many more examples.

It seemed obvious to Trevor that all these people had a common thread, a thread of which they were not aware. It was through this perception that the idea of World Harmony was conceived - 'an idea that it was time' for people to consciously connect and unite - and thereby have a far greater impact throughout the world.

Since that time thousands of extra miles have been travelled and many more groups and individuals have been visited - with many a story to tell. In the process, he has attracted an abundance of talent and expertise along with many commercially viable technologies and other possibilities that can be tapped into.
His recent focus has been on acquiring the funding needed to put this new concept together. He sees funding as the foundational cement upon which the pieces of this fascinating puzzle can be secured, so they can function more effectively, as a whole unit, to help bring about a world that lives and flows in harmony with nature.

To summarise, the plan is to continue forming the global network of inter-dependant, non-profit, humanitarian associations that all operate within this Constitution. All World Harmony centres to remain autonomous (self governing) to create a world that in the past, could only be dreamed about but tomorrow will become the reality of the new Millennium.

MY VERSION OF WORLD HARMONY

by Trevor Osborne 14th August 1995

This is a personal note to you the reader, to convey my thoughts about the idea I call World Harmony. I believe I am simply tapping into our new 'collective dream'. As such, I feel it is for each of us to contribute in what ever way we desire, to make this dream a reality.

The following pages represents my written version of this dream. I have called it 'Constitution, Philosophy and Master Plan'. In it, I have explained my vision of our future and I invite you to do the same. In doing so, you may find it will 'unlock' something from within you that allows you to go forward in ways you were unable to before.

The task I have plotted may not be an easy one. You may even doubt that it is possible to achieve, given the state of our world today. Yet, I know there are many who do share this dream.

I also know this task cannot be achieved by one person alone. It will take the combined energy and talents of people from different walks of life from all over the world.

LET US JOIN FORCES WITH OUR HEARTS AND MINDS TO EMPOWER HUMANITY
TO BOLDLY CREATE A WORLD OF PEACE AND HARMONY OF THE 21ST CENTURY
AND BEYOND.

I reiterate that this is only MY VERSION of World Harmony and that each and everyone of you have 'your version' that is just as valid. By combining and linking them ALL we WILL create this world we say, we now desire.

Finally, I would like you to respond with any questions, comments or suggestions that may arise as you read this draft manuscript.
