Monash Handball Club is one of the many sports clubs run by the Monash Union. Having this status it profits from subsidiaries and makes playing Handball affordable and provides the club with a good infrastructure.

We are one of the clubs with the longest Handball tradition in Victoria and have always been quite successful. We encourage our members to participate in the national championships and other events such as the recent Deaflympics, where many Monash players volunteered. More than that we try to develop players to learn coaching and refereeing skills where possible.

While playing Handball here in Melbourne, or more general in Australia, is was brings us together in the first place, we organize social activities as well, such as the screening of international handball games or visits to local sights such as the Fairfield Boathouse. We also often meet to go out or get together for a great dinner.
