Welcome GVU3A is located in Shepparton Victoria and is a provider of adult community education for older learners. From the President  Retirement may be a period in which we are able to do those things for which we had neither the time nor opportunity earlier in life. We older people may enjoy a rewarding active retirement by pursuing interests from a range in which the choice has never been greater.   Goulburn Valley GVU3A is a provider of adult community education for older learners. GVU3A meets at the U3A Hall located at 14 Esson St. Shepparton.   Members do not need to have prior qualifications and there are no examinations. All you need is an interest to learn. We have a range of membership ages, so please come and join us.   GVU3A is not a university in the true sense of the word - rather it is a community of people devoted to learning with members in their third age. GVU3A members organise their own activities by drawing on the skills of one another.   GVU3A members come from all walks of life and are encouraged to form study groups and share their knowledge with fellow members, all on a voluntary basis.   Greater Shepparton City Council supports U3A and has made our hall available at a moderate rent.   We look forward to having you as a new member and sharing the Third Age of life with you. © 2011 - GVU3A - P.O.
