SCHOOL PROFILE:

Gormandale and District Primary School is a rural school nestled in the north-east corner of  the Strzelecki ranges, about 23 kilometres south-east of Traralgon.

It is centrally located within the Gormandale Township and is a major focal point of the local community.

The newly created school has a population of approximately 100 children, and an educational history that spans more than 100 years within the Gormandale, Gormandale East, Willung, and Carrajung districts.

 
   
 
 

We were recently selected as 1 of 2 Australian schools

to have 10 minutes contact time with the MIR

space station as it went overhead, as part of the

SAREX project, we went online
