Farmers' Market Roster

Creating the roster is getting to be quite a difficult process, as there are now MANY competing factors that all must be balanced and satisfied, including:

  • We now have a team of Captains who will be used exclusively for that role
  • We need to have a member of each shift with a towbar
  • We need to have sufficient number of males on each shift to help with the heavier work
  • We need, wherever possible, to fit in with individuals' preferences for 1st or 2nd shift
