Natural history of the Geelong region
The Geelong region offers a rich variety of ecosystems. The GFNC promotes the study and conservation of plants, wildlife and the environment. The Club holds informative meetings and regular excursions.

The GFNC publishes the Geelong Naturalist each month. Members can submit articles, interesting observations and photographs.
The Geelong Bird Report is published annually.
