Bird Monitoring at Dandenong Creek Wetlands on Sunday 2nd May at 9:30am. Meet in car park of Basketball Stadium at the southern end. See below for the list of birds found on previous surveys.

Note - no April meeting due to members' involvement in Field Naturalists trip to Scotia at Easter. Next meeting is Wednesday 2nd May at 7.30pm at 64 Fillmore Road, Dandenong North.

Coming soon - involvement in Waterwatch activities. The group is purchasing appropriate equipment with a grant from the Greater Dandenong Council and will shortly be trained in its use. This will allow us to determine water quality in Dandenong's creeks by finding what creatures live in the water and what chemicals the water contains. Let us know if you would like to be involved.
