An afternoon of hilarity, nostalgia, music and memories

     Twilight Welcoming Ceremony    

It is the traditional custom of the Australian Aboriginal Community to give permission for people to enter their land.  A special evening hosted by the Wurundjeri Tribe

An evening of festivities and fun at Healesville’s East End Shops.

Activities include a spaghetti eating competition, face painting, fashion parade, gourmet food and wine tasting all culminating in a grand fireworks display!

   Yarra Valley Artists Network Exhibition  

Everyone is invited to participate in this exhibition!
Opening 7.30pm Friday at the TAFE Building

Cars will be banished from the Main Street between
11.30 am and 5.00 pm


Grand Parade

Features a host of special vehicles, be it horse drawn or motorised, vintage or modified as well as street marchers, musicians and entertainers.  ‘Splash’, our 7 metre platypus will also feature in the parade.


The Great Wheelbarrow Race

Following the Grand Parade that incredible partnership of man & machine conquering the challenging street circuit.


     Street attractions   

Running until 5.00 pm street attractions include trader stalls, demonstrations and street entertainers


    Threshold Rock Concert   

Local bands display their talent at 

Coronation Park from 1.00 – 6.00 pm


     Healesville High School Art Exhibition   

Opening Friday 3pm, students from Years 7-12 will exhibit their work incorporation mediums such as art, graphics, ceramics, 3D projects, sculpture, woodcraft, textiles and metal craft.  Held at the Darron Honey Centre from  1.00 pm – 5.00 pm.  Devonshire teas on Sat.


    Historical Society    

A historical photographic exhibition at the Ground Floor of the Memorial Hall, open from 10 am – 4 pm.


    Healesville Library  

An afternoon of storytelling and fun with Michael Connel


Lilydale Toastmasters

Present a series of entertaining speeches in the

Memorial Hall Supper Room, 1.30 – 3.00 pm


     Healesville Spinners & Weavers    

Exhibition and sales of local works in the TAFE Building,

9.30 – 3.30 pm


   Movie Fest – Saturday Kids Flick

     Writers & Rhythms    

An entertaining evening of music and readings featuring local writers and musicians.  Held at  the Healesville Sanctuary (Brolga Room), tickets available from the Healesville Jewellers. 

Starts 7.30 pm, cost $10.00


   Sunday 12th November  

Family Picnic in the Park’  11 am  to 7 pm

Great food and variety stalls from 11am to 5 pm

Activities, performers and demonstrations around the park from 11am to 5pm  including picnic games for all ages, skateboard competition, Michael Connell comic performer,  tug-of-war challenge, martial arts demonstrations, drumming workshop, basketball shoot-out, jumping castles for the young ones, chess challenge,

flying fox and much, much more!

Sound Shell variety show from 1 pm – 5 pm, bring a
blanket and enjoy the show.
