Hi,
First the good news...Warren came home last Sat (6-15-96) This was abt 4
days after his edc. He weighed 4lb & 13 oz.
Early last week, they started adding rice cereal to the breast milk in
his bottles. They were trying to add weight. He didn't like it (or so it
seemed) and choked on the first couple of swallows of each feeding. When
he choked, he had a mild brady. This concerned the Dr's enough to send
him home on a monitor. Warren had not had a brady or apnea in a month
preceding this. They'v stopped the rice in the bottles so he no longer
objects to the feedings so no bradies then. He has had 2 since he got
home. Both at night when he was sound asleep on his back. He never slept
on his back in nicu...only his side or tummy.
DIL wanted me to ask if anyone else has experienced babies being free of
bradies & then starting to have them again.
 Thansks
