I do see some children who demonstrate stiffness in their legs and have no
history of any bleed,etc.  These are usually also the chilren with difficulty
with self calming and those who are not able to control their tone do to
prematurity.  I am happy to say that with the use of developmental care
techniques (boundaries, clustering care, facilitation of containment, etc) I
am seeing this less and less.
