Dear Anne,

I was very surprised too.  I could not BF Sammie, my 27 wkr, at all.  My
milk never came in and she refused to ever latch on.  Like I said in my
original post, this is all third-hand info (from dad/mom to lactation
consultant to me).  In reality, I am sure that Hershey "just" strongly
encourages pumping, not "requires" it.  I will have to call them to find out
the "real story."  It touched a nerve with me: partly I wanted to cheer,
because they are so pro-BF, but  mostly I wanted to shriek, "Hey, what about
MOM here?!"
