Hi Joyce and All!

I got a note from preschool today.  The teacher mentioned (underlined in
capital letters) that both children have a very high tolerance for pain, i.e.
skinned knees.  I think it is a result of their NICU experiences (total blood
replacements, IV's etc.)  

I noticed it right after Alex had his eye surgery at age 2.  I made great
efforts to assure he was comfortable.  I want to be certain they don't think
high levels of pain are the way a person feels normally.
