Hi,
I don't mean to sound picky, but would it be possible for people to copy
only a small part of a letter that you are responding to. Often I have just
read a long letter, only to see it again as the beginning of a response (I
obviously don't reread it). I do think it is important to reference what you
are responding to, but I don't think the entire letter is necessary. Just my
opinion, thanks.
