Thank you for all of Nicolas' birthday wishes!  We had a great day.  I
tearfully wrote him his letter, which I curtailed at 2 pages.  I could've
been 10 pages, easily.  I tried not to emphasize his "preemie-ness" in it,
except to say that it proves what a strong little guy he is.  It's hard to
believe that he was once so small and fragile.

I think I am going to sign off the list for awhile.  My husband needs brain
surgery (gulp!) and I am a bit overwhelmed right now.  I believe I'll
unsubscribe on Friday.

I have really enjoyed being friends with all of you.  Hopefully I'll
subscribe again in a few months with some good news.
