My son had problems with the Neosure. He was already about a month past his due dae when we switched to that from breastmilk, so the doctor said to go ahead and switch to regular Similac, on which he was much less constipated.
Now, when he seems a little irregular, we give him a little prune juice (he loves it - Yech!) and it seems to work.
