My daughter Corbin was born at 32 weeks. She start on breast milk and then went to formula. She had problems with constipation. The doctor said to mix 1 tablespoon Dark Karo syrup to 4 oz formula or breast milk. I gave it to her about twice a day. You can use it more than twice if needed. Hope this works for you.
