Elizabeth Grace (have not decided what we are going to call her so I use her whole name most of the time) REFUSED the left breast if I held her "football" style. The NICU nurse recommended that I start her on the right in football style and move her over to the LEFT in near cradle style so that she thought she was still on RIGHT.
SO, what I am saying is ... try starting football style and slide baby over to other side holding as close to same hand position as possible.
This sounds like a wonderful question for LLL. Someone have a link?
