as the staff and mgt of 2 hospitols in utah now understand. squeeky wheels get greased! i had to raise a lot of hell to get some things done and after a while they saw the light and did it my way. for a while at least, i agree that you might contact the media and other orgs. maybe the alexis foundation can help out somehow? i dont know but its worth a phone call.
