I have a few questions..........
My almost 12 year old (Krystal) got upset at my 2 year old (Bryauna) for being in her room and "messing with her stuff" and *pushed* her out of her room yelling at Nana and told her quite angrily and firmly, "UUUUUUhhh, GET OUT, I HATE YOU!" I immediately jumped in and told her we don't say those things around here and had her appologize and give her little sister a hug. I thought that was the end of it. Then a few days later I was nursing the twins and Nana wanted to get in my lap, was sitting on and hurting Mari and would not take no for an answer, I raised my voice, asked her to please wait and scooted her off my lap. She started crying unconsoleably and said, "Momma hate Nana!" It broke my heart and I told her, "No, Momma loves Nana." and I gave her a hug and kiss. To which she replied (face contorted and shaking her head in matter of fact manner) "Sisi hate Nana. Sisi mean!"..........My question is this, Krystal has really traumatized Bryauna and now everytime anyone is firm with her she assumes we hate her and becomes unconsoleably upset, how can I make her understand that we LOVE her very much but she needs to mind us????????? {and by the way, this is by no means the only problem I'm hving with Krystal, she's absolutely driving me *bonkers* with her prepubecent/preadolesent hormones}
My other question has to do with the time change. Has anyone noticed their little ones being completely throun off by the time change? Marianna and Esmeralda were getting a lot closer to sleeping through the night (they are 7 1/2 months/6 months corrected) and now they are awake every 30-45 minutes on alternating schedules, so I am getting *NO SLEEP* whatso ever. Their changes ironically coinside with the time change. ANy ideas or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
