I can't believe that it is a year and in a couple of days Amy will be one.
Yesterday Amy went to the hospital to have her eyes tested and as a result she now has glasses which look really cute on her, we feel blessed that this is all that Amy ended up needing was glasses.
I recieved quite a lot of different comments from a lot of people when she was wearing them, mainly because they wanted to know why a 4 month old baby would need glasses(me being in a very stirring mood told them that seh was one in a few days and left them to rack there brains more...I love to do that every now and then to people that annoy me).
Well it doesn't matter to me because I think Amy looks beautiful in them and its nice to know that Amy can finally see the world clearly.
What did have me worried is that her doctor at King Edward and her doctors that Amy sees at Princess Margret Hospital did not pick up on her eyes, it was our G.P where I go that told me to get her eyes checked.I will have to send him a thank you card because at the hospital they said that Amys eyes would have detiorated more without glasses.
