I'm so happy to hear that things are going well for you and the babies - not to say that you're emotions don't count. I had a short wait in comparison to yours - about two + weeks in hospital bedrest with Pre-eclampsia. It's not easy, but you already stated that you're doing the best for them at this point - there's nothing more you can do.
Well, there are things - sanity building things. I accomplished SO much during my bed rest. I did work on my daughters baby books, wrote lots of letters and read lots of books. I opted to not have a TV and enjoyed the quiet...and talked to her. I wish now I had done some needle work, but it's just not one of those "joy" things for me :) I like it, but can't get into it like a good book -

3 lbs is good - Elizabeth was 3lb 2 oz at 34 weeks, but she was a singleton too....pre-eclampsia's nasty for growth in utero.
