A registration form is provided - print out and mail to the Alexis Foundation. Registration closes on July 1st.



Other issues


Childcare TAF won't be able to provide childcare, the liability is just too high. I would recommend contacting Preemie-l members in the area and seeing if they can give recommendations. As a friend, we can look into whether there are any drop-in child care places in the area but only unofficially.
