Oh, Ina! I'm sorry that people can be so cruel without even
realizing what they're doing to you. If they'd mind their own
business in the first place....

If you endure much more of people rudely asking when you'll be trying
for a girl, you'd earn your Saint status immediately--the catch is
that you've already earned the status of a Saint just because of what
you went through to bring your children to life! I'd just "poo-poo"
those people who ask you that without considering your feelings.
Even if you COULD have more but just decided that your boys are
enough, it still wouldn't be right for others to just assume that
your life is not complete without a girl. People can just be
downright rude and nosey, don't you think? I'm really sorry you have
to deal with this situation. You're already a Saint!

Cris

Cynthia, I did not hesitate to try for another baby after I gave birth to Gareth, I think I just did not believe that the same thing would happen to me again and was so naive about the preemie story
(Gareth was born at 33 weeks). Now, if I was 3 years younger (I am 40) and they had not done the classic caesar after Devin, which would (so I have been told) be very dangerous if I went into labo
r, I would definately go for a third, I would love a little girl.

Folk, make me so mad, when they say "now you have your two little boys - when are you going to have a girl", if they only knew how much it hurts that I cannot have another.

Good luck, I hope that what ever you decide will bring you happiness.

Cris and Ina. I think that I would love labour too. I agree, knowing that
nothing is wrong would make the pain much more tolerable. I just want a
shot at it so badly. Mike already thinks I'm a trooper, but I want to show
him that I can handle labour too. We talked about the baby thing again this
weekend and we definitely both want another one. Cynthia.
