Hi Jackie and welcome!  My son Trevor who was 12 weeks early and is now
almost 17 months has only recently begun to bear weight on his legs.  He
crawls on his belly, not on all fours.  He does not pull up and can only
stand when I am there to help him balance.  Sounds like Jessica is doing
really well, but I understand your concern.  I highly recommend PT or OT.
