Hi Cris and all!
Not to Brag,this is nothing to Brag about. I've got you beat. My girls were 5
and 7 weeks in the NICU, here in Los Angeles. We have great insurance, Aetna
UPS. It covered the entire hospital bill, from the moment my daughters were
born. DDDDRRRRUUUUMMMMRRRROOOOLLLL....... NICU plus doctors' fees (there were
3) for each girl? $1.4 million !!!! Thats 2.8 million DOLLARS! I almost died
when we started to receive our Explantion of Benefits in large boxes that
looked like an encylopedia set. This was all explained to us by the hospital.
You see, insurance companies bill high, usually 3X the amount beacause they
will only receive $0.33 for every dollar billed. Well at least that was what
we were told. Amazing, isn't it?
