Kim expressed some doubt about the nurses of her twins saying they recognized
her voice when they were in the NICU. There's no doubt in my mind that most
premies know their mother's voice. I've seen them settle down when their
mother talks to them far too many times. Many premies becomes "addicts" of
listening to audio tapes of their mother reading them stories or just talking
to them, and the nurses use them often to keep the premies in the NICU
relaxed.
