I also have had people say that I am so lucky to have missed the
last 3 months of pregnancy.  How I mourned those months!  I missed
the kicks and movements.  I also had one mother say that at least
I wasn't on bed rest!  I would have given anything to have been on
bed rest if it would have prolonged their birth.  I told her that and she
said "oh no, bed rest is awful".  I gave up at that time because it was
obvious she could not understand and I didn't want to waste the energy
on her.
